Estrada was graduated in the Plastic Arts Academy” EL ALBA” from Holguin province in 2000, the specialty of Painting, Graphic Design and Illustration.

At the moment, he lives in Havana city, even though he is still being in touch with Manzanillo: the city where he was born, and Santiago de Cuba: where his career was stimulated.

He shows reverence for Rembrandt, whose spirit inspires many of his figurative paintings. He also enrich his creation from the other current: abstraction and expressionism, with technique of dripping and spatula’s work.

 

His artistic production is in many private collections in Cuba and Italy, Belgium, France, Turkey, Spain, USA, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago. He has put on many exhibitions and participated on multiple concourses and events of Plastic Arts in Cuba.

 

He is member of Cuban Fund of Cultural Properties, Register National of the Creator and belong to catalogue of Hermanos Saíz Association, organization it groups to the young artistic vanguard of Cuba.
